Gel, dip, acrylic, or plain lacquer.

Gel cures hard under the lamp and holds its shine for weeks. Dip powder builds in light layers with no lamp at all. Acrylic sculpts a full set and takes a fill every couple of weeks. Classic lacquer is two coats and a top coat, still the quickest seat in the house.
